It Started in Las Vegas—Like All Great Stories Do.
Polegorithims was born the way all the best ideas are. Not in a boardroom, but at home, with cocktails in hand, shoes kicked off, and a conversation that moved from hilarious to heartfelt. These women, now in their fabulous 50s, have lived wildly different lives, but what unites them is their ability to turn even the most hard life lessons into humor, insight, and say-it-out-loud honesty. They did not set out to start a podcast. They were simply doing what women do best, talking through life, telling the truth, and finding meaning in the middle of it all. Somewhere between the pop culture takes, the ex stories, and the occasional hot flash, it became clear this was the good stuff. These were the conversations worth keeping. So they hit record.
The Hosts
Holly built her career at the intersection of sales and technology, eventually going on to scale a tech company from the ground up. She’s sharp, measured, and brings a whole lot of personality, along with a perspective shaped by leadership, connection, and humour.
Kirstyn is a former co-founder of KUIU, the performance hunting brand that grew into a category-defining company from which she successfully exited. Her experience building and leading at that level informs her grounded, no-nonsense approach to conversations about business, risk, and life experience.
Sara is an interior designer whose work spans hotels, athletes, and entrepreneurs. Her eye for detail is matched by a natural ability to read people and spaces, offering a creative lens that brings depth, nuance, and unexpected insight to every conversation.
Together, they bring lived experience, sharp humor, and honesty to conversations about life, work, womanhood, and reinvention.
This is Polegorithms.
Polegorithims is for anyone who has felt life quietly shift the rules mid-game. It’s an honest conversation about womanhood, ambition, and the strange middle chapters where nothing looks the way you thought it would. Part group chat, part reflection, part laughter therapy, it’s led by women who have lived enough life to say what others are thinking.
The conversations make space for the real stuff. The funny parts, the hard parts, the empowering moments that come after experience. This is where nostalgia meets now, where growth is rarely linear, and where we hear from those who have perservered through adversity.
Whether you’re reinventing yourself, rethinking everything, or simply listening along in traffic, you’re welcome here. Expect sharp humor, lived-in wisdom, and a reminder that the chapter you’re in might not be the final draft. Pull up a seat, and grab a drink. Cheers!
